1-1 PERSONAL COACHING

I believe that there is no “One size fits all” training and diet, therefore I personalize every single training and diet program for YOUR body and goals. I personally have tried multiple cookie cutter programs and have wasted thousands of dollars on them. I believe in personalized training and customized diets. This is why ALL of my clients progress and see incredible results.

CUSTOMIZED WORKOUTS

Based on your current physique and goals, I will provide you with a completely customized workout program. Three options are Home, Gym, and Home/Gym combinations are will include ‘How-to’ video tutorials for any exercise in a home and/or gym setting. I will also provide recommended weights to avoid feeling lost or misplaced in the gym.

PERSONALIZED DIET & SUPPPLEMENTS PLAN

Based on your dietary restrictions, I will build you a diet that will get you results. I will provide you with a meal plan with various meal options. Clients love this, because there is direction on what to eat, but tons of flexibility- so you never get bored & no calorie/macro counting so you do not have to spend your day crunching numbers. I will also provide recommendations for supplements, and can work with you to fit supplementation into your budget.

CHECK INS

During the 8 week period it is every client's responsibility (if they choose to do so) to check in with me via email to make sure they are on track, with no major adjustments to the plan. Clients are responsible for contacting me at Week 3, Week 6, and Week 8 during the consecutive 8 week period. This is how I can monitor clients’ progress, but also how clients begin to develop self-accountability, which is an essential tool for sustaining the progress they’ve made after completing the 8 week program. Check ins are complementary and 100% optional, as clients can decide to not partake in them.
